Paddle Dryer (Recuperative Type)

Paddle Dryer is a Conduction type Dryer. The Paddle Dryer is constructed by wedge-shaped paddles, two hollow shafts, and a jacket. Heat carrier can pass through the paddles, the shaft and the jacket. During drying, feed is supplied to one end of the dryer and is continuously transferred to the other end. Feed in the paddle dryer is continuously agitated by the rotating paddles, and is thermally dried by the heat from the heat carrier.
The jacketed half cylinder and agitator are designed to meet the operating pressures and material compatibility requirements for each individual application and are built to comply with ASME, PED Pressure Codes or other national design and construction codes.

Our Paddle dryers is recuperative type. All the heat generated during the drying operation is reused for further drying of incoming materials which makes it most cheap Drying cost Dryers.
